Profile
Marketing Director / NexGen Inc.
TOKYO
Currently, I am a Marketing Manager at NexGen Inc., providing comprehensive, data-driven marketing support for key clients, including LaBall, CellSource, and Dental Prediction. My primary focus is on optimizing digital advertising (SEO/SEM) and enhancing CRM strategies through in-depth customer data analysis.
My journey into marketing began with my studies in Organizational Theory at Hitotsubashi University's Faculty of Commerce. My first practical experience was at FastBeauty, a salon chain, where I led the launch of its beauty e-commerce site and managed B2C CRM marketing. Following university, I joined Recruit Co., Ltd. as a new graduate, specializing in B2B CRM marketing for the “AirWork” division in the HR domain. At Recruit, I was responsible for designing customer-centric, full-funnel communication strategies, covering the entire journey from lead acquisition to customer retention. I later transitioned to my current role at NexGen Inc.
